We offer a Gender & Forests Internship

Would you like to contribute to gender justice across different regions of the world? Do you also believe that we need climate and forest policies that address structural inequalities? Are you interested in joining an international team?

Then this internship is perfect for you!

We are looking for an intern that supports our work as gender partner of the Green Livelihoods Alliance (GLA). The intern will support the project coordinator with the overall planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the program. The ‘Forests for a Just Future’ program of GLA aims to ensure that tropical forests and forest landscapes are sustainably and inclusively governed to mitigate and adapt to climate change, fulfil human rights and safeguard local livelihoods. WECF’s role is to strengthen capacity, promote and monitor the gender transformative implementation of the program.

Who are we?

We are a non-profit network dedicated to a gender just and healthy planet for all. Our international network consists of over 150 women’s and civil society organisations in 50 countries.
