“Feminist priorities for people, planet and peace” – Stockholm+50 associate event

On June 1st from 9:00 – 11:00 the Women’s Major Group with support of WECF will organise the Stockholm+50 associate event: “Feminist priorities for people, planet and peace”

The event is organised by the global coalition of Women and Feminist organisations the women’s major group that has been recognized officially by governments since the 1992 Earth Summit UNCED.

The event will bring key recommendations from global ecofeminist movements to Stockholm+50. Despite 50 years of global environmental governance and 7 years of SDGs, governments continue to struggle with the human rights and gender equality dimensions of environmental policies.
