WECF is looking for mentors to join our Female Power Program and networking retreat for green hydrogen partnership between Tunisia and Bavaria.

We are developing a mentoring program to promote and strengthen a Bavarian-Tunisian technology and innovation hub for green hydrogen with a specific focus on increasing the participation of women.

Therefore, we are looking for hydrogen and/or renewable energy experts who would like to become a mentor for Tunisian mentees. 

Requirements:

• (Academic) background or working experience in renewable energy or hydrogen.
• Taking part in 2 to 3 virtual meetings with the WECF team and Tunisian mentees.
• Willingness to provide some information about own career (e.g., CV) and best practices on shared platform created for the mentoring program.
• Speaking French is an advantage but not a requirement.
