Our anti-harmful substances guides are now available in English
Many everyday products can contain harmful substances. From plasticizers in toys and solvents in textile dyes to parabens in cosmetics. The list of everyday products contaminated with harmful substances is long. For many years, to navigate you through these everyday dangers, we have gathered useful information into our guides.
Harmful substances are an invisible danger to our health and the environment. They can trigger allergies, irritate the respiratory tract and skin, impair fertility, and be carcinogenic. Chemicals that have a similar effect to hormones (so-called EDCs, endocrine disrupting chemicals) are particularly problematic.
In the current edition of our practical square-shaped guide, we provide information on how everyday life can be managed with as few harmful substances as possible – for as long as politicians haven’t fulfilled their task to ban certain harmful substances. It is particularly worthwhile for young families and parents to take a look at the brochures to better protect themselves from endocrine disruptors and other harmful substances. Exposure to harmful chemicals is particularly risky for newborns and children and can result in various health problems.
