CSO FORUM FOR SUSTAINABILITY – Ecofeminists join us!

Are you working on the European Green Deal, or would like to learn how you engage? Are you a passionate ecofeminist, working for environmental justice? Are you based in Europe?
WECF is part in a new consortium called the REAL DEAL (sign up to our newsletter here to learn more about our work). We are mobilising civil society to take ownership over the European Green Deal, to engage in deliberative democracy on decisions that concern our future. For us that means to mobilise more feminists interested in working on the intersection between ecofeminism and environmental justice in Europe. Next up is a civil society forum next week – ecofeminists we need you!
CSO FORUM FOR SUSTAINABILITY – JOIN US!
Specifically focused upon assessing the European Green Deal (EGD) and the 2030 Agenda, the second meeting of the Civil Society Forum for Sustainability will bring representatives of civil society organisations together to discuss participatory and deliberative mechanisms around the EGD. Two half day online meetings will be taking place on the mornings of the 21 and 22 September 2022.
Building on the results of the first Forum meeting held in June, the main objective of this second edition will be to discuss the different mechanisms for participation in the context of the European Green Deal, to share good practices and to strengthen capacities, utilising participatory formats at every step.
