Our COP30 Focus

 

We are gearing up for what needs to become a transformative COP in Brasil. This year’s climate conference will be a crucial one for delivering on an ambitious and actionable Gender Action Plan, taking a robust decision on Just Transition and stepping up to plate to tackle the intersecting crises of our generation, including the immense threat of biodiversity loss.
We have long known that the solutions to the climate crisis already exist, and it is high time that we properly fund and recognize the leadership of those stewarding gender just climate solutions. At COP30 we will be following several negotiation streams with an ecofeminist lens, whilst putting a spotlight on gender just solutions to the climate crisis together with our partners.
