Climate Justice Needs Young Feminists – International Women’s Day event in Utrecht, the Netherlands

Do you want to address climate change, but have no clue how to do so? Or are you an active feminist who wants to create more impact? Come to our ‘Climate Justice Needs Young Feminists – Oxfam X WECF’ event on March 8 at 19.00 in Utrecht and discover the world where climate meets feminism, together with other young changemakers.
During this interactive event, organised by WECF in cooperation with Oxfam Novib, we’ll give you the right tools to find out what topics matter to you to design a strategy to engage with policymakers and politicians. We will hold a panel discussion with inspiring speakers on the topic of gender, climate change and youth engagement, including Sanne van der Voort who will be the Civil Society representative to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. We will close off with a nice get-together, giving you the opportunity to connect with other changemakers.
The event will be hosted in Dutch but also offers an online space, including live translation in English, allowing you to participate during the event and engage with fellow changemakers online!
